The feature of the night will be aquatic video decor. Diners will be surrounded by thousands of tropical fish, as local filmmakers David Hannon and Lucy Trippett profect their latest underwater imagery onto walls and screens around the restaurant.

The new menu is kept short and sweet, giving us the chance to play with new flavours, products and dishes, giving you new things to try every week.
We are marrying French methods with Carribean flavours as well as African and Asian spices.
The seafood is changing daily and we will let you know what the fisherman caught for us on the day.
Most products are purchased locally and we are proud to say that everything on our menus has been prepared from 'scratch' in our kitchen.
We do make all our own spice mixes and purchase most of the ingredients we need in Indian and Asian stores in Brisbane.
We hope you will enjoy eating our food as much we have had cooking and serving it to you.
Situated in the basement level of our Restaurant, it showcases both the combined creative talents of our local artists and prominent Australian artists.
It will be open 7 days a week from 9.30am – 4.30pm.
