Amis Menue
Our food is influenced from all around the world (mondo), marrying flavours and spices from the Mediterranean sea to the south of Africa, through India and South East Asia and of course our home Australia, using dominantly fresh ingredients from our local area.
The cooking methods are mostly based on traditional European cuisine with a South East Asian touch.
The specials changing weekly depending which products are available on the markets and what the fisherman has caught for us. We are proud to say that most product we use in our food are purchased locally and everything is prepared from ‘scratch’ here in our kitchen. We also make our own spice mixes and purchase the ingredients from Asian and Indian stores in close by Brisbane and we bake our own bread.
The Mondo Duck Confit is famous for it’s crispiness and distinct flavour using a white Pecking Duck.
